The four Scottish SETPOINTs are the focal point for STEM activity in Scotland. They aim to create an awareness of the role of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in our society and to promote and enhance the education and delivery of these subjects in schools and colleges in Scotland. SETNET is the umbrella organisation for the network of 53 SETPOINTS, and is supported by the Department of Trade and Industry. The UK-wide network aims to offer every student, in every primary and secondary school, an opportunity to take part in a quality STEM activity.
